Report: Iran may prompt other Mideast states to go nuclear

April 25, 2006 -- In a comprehensive report, most of which is top secret, a military-civilian committee has determined that other Muslim countries in the Middle East could follow Iran in equipping themselves with nuclear weapons.

Endorsing the report, outgoing Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said in remarks quoted by Army Radio on Monday that "For the first time since the days of the nation's founding, an official document has been placed before the leaders of Israel, setting out a comprehensive security viewpoint, both current and long-range."

The committee, chaired by former minister Dan Meridor and appointed by former prime minister Ariel Sharon, recommended to Mofaz on Sunday that Israel should maintain its policy of nuclear ambiguity, that as Jordan has strategic importance for Israel, its stability should be supported, and that the National Security Council should become the government's central military planning authority.

A substantial chapter addresses the nuclear threat to Israel. Iran is capable of kindling the entire Middle East and constitutes an existential threat to Israel. The committee finds that if Iran gets nuclear arms, other Muslim, Middle Eastern countries will try to follow suit. The  report comments on a proposed Israeli response to Iranian nuclear testing. The committee recommends that Israel maintain its policy of "nuclear ambiguity."

Comments:  Does Israel have the nuke or doesn’t she, that’s the $64,000,000 question.  Apparently the Arab/Muslim world believes she has, otherwise they would have overran all of Israel by now.  Israel deems her perceived nukes as being her Samson Option, i.e., if she feels that she will be destroyed by an imminent attack, she WILL deploy her nukes and mutual annihilation will be the result.  It will be “I die and so will you”.  So far, no Arab/Muslim country has dared to be the sacrificial lamb.  Israel will not hesitate to rain nukes upon all cities and towns in the Mideast and Persian Gulf Regions.  It’s all or nothing where Israel is concerned.

Years of lobbying the U.N. to force Israel to surrender her nukes have failed so with Iran leading the way (actually Pakistan was the first Muslim nation to create nukes), it’s in vogue for every Muslim country to possess them.  Most of them have the cash to purchase them in the black market.  The demand is there and there are ready suppliers (Russia and Ukraine).  If the Price is Right (and it is without needing Bob Barker’s nudging), just sign on the dotted line.

For the New World Order proponents, the proliferation of nuclear bombs in the powder keg Middle East is very troublesome.  Fewer (not more) countries having nukes is the goal.  Their future Antichrist will have his hands full with other world crises without having to turn his attention and divert limited resources to try to confiscate Arab/Muslim nukes.

Ukrainian skinheads stab Jew

April 25, 2006 -- An emissary of the Union of Jewish Communities in Russia was the target of an attack by skinheads Saturday evening in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, Ynet has learned.

The man, Haim Gorbov, who studies at a Safed yeshiva, returned to Ukraine as part of a Seder organized by the Union of Jewish Communities 

in Russia and the former Soviet Union. After Gorbov's condition improved he was released from hospital.

It appears a gang of skinheads in the city sought to mark Hitler's birthday, April 20, by attacking a Jew. Dnepropetrovsk's Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kamintzky said that at first the skinheads tried to attack a group of yeshiva students in the city center, between the synagogue and the yeshiva in which they studied. They managed to escape, however, and the thugs then set upon the 20-year-old Gorbov.

Gorbov, who has Ukrainian citizenship, studied at the Or Avner school and after graduating arrived in Israel in order to study at a yeshiva in Safed. Rabbi Kamintzky said that at first the thugs struck him with a bottle on his head, but when they realized that the hat he was wearing was protecting him against serious injury they stabbed him in the chest and fled.

The President of the Union of Jewish Communities in Russia and the Soviet Union, Lev Laviev, called on the Ukrainian government not to be satisfied with another investigation into an attack on Jews after they take place.

"The rise in anti-Semitic activity demands immediate and determined preventative action. Whoever doesn't invest in fighting skinheads who are attacking minorities will have to deal with them when they increase the level of violence towards the whole of Ukrainian society," said Laviev.

Comments:  Why are the Jews mostly singled out for physical attacks?  Could it be that many nations are jealous of their intelligence, wealth and resourcefulness in the business world?  Or is because Satan and his emissaries have always hated the people from whom the Lord Jesus Christ came into this world.  Jesus was a Jew by birth, born of the Jewish virgin Mary.  Satan tried to kill the baby Jesus through King Herod, but he failed.  Ever since, Satan has targeted the Jewish people for genocidal extermination culminating in the Nazis “Jewish Solution”, the Holocaust which accounted for some 6 million deaths by way of the gas chambers.  The crematoriums were running night and day as body upon body was shoveled into the fiery furnaces.

Human trafficking is 'slavery that shames world'

April 25, 2006 -- Almost every country in the world is affected by the scourge of human trafficking, a UN report will reveal today.

According to the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), which has compiled the first such study from open sources, there are 127 countries of origin, mainly developing countries, and 137 destination countries, mainly in the industrialized world. The report also highlights 98 transit countries.

"The fact that slavery - in the form of human trafficking - still exists in the 21st century shames us all," said UNODC's chief, Antonio Maria Costa.

The report, to be presented to the UN crime commission meeting in Vienna, calls for the protection of victims, particularly women and children, and for the systematic prosecution of offenders. "Traffickers are evil brokers of oppressed people whom they deliver in the hands of exploiters," Mr Costa said. "They capitalize on weak law enforcement and poor international co-operation. I am disappointed by the low rates of convictions for the perpetrators of human trafficking."

Germany, Greece and France are among about a dozen countries identified as having a "high" incidence of acting as transit countries. Ten countries are named as the top destinations for trafficking victims: Belgium, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Thailand, Turkey and the US. Britain is on the "high" index of destination countries.

The wickedness of man’s heart knows no bounds.  Unregenerate mankind seeks to exploit other people to achieve their own pleasures.  The sadistic enslaving of men, women and children is a testimony of the depravity of this world that’s not getting better by the day as Dominionist/Kingdom Now proponents would have you to believe.  The opposite is happening; evil men waxing worse and worse until the Antichrist (Satan’s personification of evil) arrives on the scene after the Rapture.  He’ll make the Confederate plantation owners seem like amateurs.  He’ll be a world dictator who’ll rule with an iron fist.  He’ll be Josef Stalin, Adolph Hitler and Mao Tse Tung rolled into one.  He’ll recruit slave masters experienced in their trade.  He’ll have plenty of applicants as this news article attests.

When the unsaved stand before Judge Jesus at the Great White Throne Judgment, they’ll not only have to answer for their rejection of Jesus, but they’ll also have to give an account of their mistreatment of their fellow human beings.
