President Bush calls for fall 2007 international conference to help restart Mideast peace talks

President Bush on Monday announced an international conference this fall to include Israel, the Palestinian authority and some of their Arab neighbours to help restart Mideast peace talks and review progress in building democratic institutions.

 

He said that Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice would preside over the session. Bush said the conference would include representatives from Israel, the Palestinians "and their neighbours in the region" and said participants would include just those governments that support creation of a Palestinian state.

 

Bush will also call for Israel to remove authorized outposts in Palestinian territory and end settlement expansion, the official said. And he will urge Israel to continue releasing tax revenues to the Palestinian authority.

 

The president will "talk about ways to try to continue to move forward so that the Palestinian people are going to have a government that responds to their needs, that gives them democratic representation, and also creates the possibility of two states living peacefully, side by side," said 

 

Comments:  The calls for an international Mideast peace conference reverberate within the government buildings around the world.  ‘Peace Now’ seems to be in vogue these days.  The world community has grown increasingly tired of this conflict and believes a solution would not only settle the Arab-Israeli quagmire, but many other world issues as well.  It’s been already 7 years into the new millennium and the Aquarian age of peace hasn’t yet been ushered in.

 

Mr. Bush has his own personal agenda.  He’s a lame duck president just watching the clock tick down until he leaves his White House digs on January 20, 2009.  Between now and then, he would love to contribute significantly toward Mideast peace.  Not that he needs the money that goes with a Nobel Peace Prize, but he loves the praise and adulations that come with being the recipient.  They say, “If you want something done right, do it yourself”.  Although Ms. Condi Rice is likely a competent public servant, sending her to preside over the international conference as the American representative is ill-advised.  No previous U.S. Secretary of State had been able to produce Mideast peace and Ms. Rice isn’t about to break that trend.  Mr. Bush must go there himself, roll up his sleeves, and say too the attendees, “OK, guys.  Let’s make peace before the cattle at my sprawling Texas ranch need to be prepared for the winter.  I ain’t got much time so let’s get to the nuts and bolts issues and we ain’t leaving till I get both your John Henry signatures on these peace documents!”  You gotta admire that Texan.

Iranian Jews reject money to move to Israel

The Society of Iranian Jews here Saturday issued a statement rejecting financial incentives offered by the Zionist regime to immigrate to the occupied Palestine.

 

The incentives - ranging from £5,000 a person to £30,000 for families - were offered in an effort to prompt a mass migration to Israel among Iran's 25,000-strong Jewish community, the British daily Guardian reported.

 

However, the Society of Iranian Jews dismissed them as "immature political enticements" and said their national identity was not for sale. "The identity of Iranian Jews is not tradable for any amount of money," the society said in the statement. "Iranian Jews are among the most ancient Iranians. Iran's Jews love their Iranian identity and their culture, so threats and this immature political enticement will not achieve their aim of wiping out the identity of Iranian Jews."

 

Comments:  Leviticus 20:[24] But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.  No amount of cash will entice Iranian Jews to leave Iran it appears.  Jews elsewhere have joyously emigrated to the land of milk and honey.  The Iranian government is just using these Jews as propaganda fodder.  Although publicly, they enjoy relative freedom to worship, it won’t be long until they will be persecuted.  Get out now while the chance to exodus is available.  Besides, God is calling all His chosen people to return home for Jesus their Messiah is coming back soon.  Many Iranian Jews are deaf to God’s calling.  They live complacent lives among the Persians who have vowed to exterminate the Jewish state.  Better to be with your own kind than live within your enemy’s neighbourhoods.

 

Once the mid-point of the Tribulation Period has arrived, the Antichrist will turn on the Jews worldwide, Iran not excluded.  Israeli Jews will be protected by God, but 2/3 will still be slaughtered. Those in Iran will most likely face total destruction not only from the Antichrist, but the wrath of God upon the Persians due to the Ezekiel 38/39 invasion of Israel.

Actress turned Reverend Tori Spelling performed same-sex union wedding

"Yep, that's right. ... Reverend Tori Spelling! I did it last week online and my official certificate is in the mail. I'm so proud," the 34-year-old actress said in a posting Monday on the MySpace.com site she shares with her husband, Dean McDermott.

 

Spelling officiated at a same-sex union last weekend at Chateau La Rue, the bed-and-breakfast that she and McDermott run in Fallbrook, Calif., on their Oxygen network unscripted series, "Tori & Dean: Inn Love," her spokeswoman, Meghan Prophet, said Tuesday.

 

"I was so honoured when the couple asked me to officiate. We did it on the front steps of the Chateau as 40 of their friends looked on seated in a loungelike atmosphere," Spelling wrote.

 

Spelling and McDermott, who were married in May 2006, will reprise their innkeeper duties for the show's second season, which premieres Aug. 14.

 

Comments:  I am constantly amazed at God’s allowing many of His chosen people, the Jews, to perpetuate sin in America, particularly in Hollywood’s entertainment industry.  There are people (e.g. former President Richard Nixon with the concurrence of Billy Graham) who say Jews control Hollywood and the liberal media.  Tori Spelling, a Jewess, has a large following of fans.  She’s a liberal Jew and no fan of Jesus, God and the Holy Bible.  Her role in Beverly Hills 90322 promoted loose living.  Now that she has gotten her licence to marry couples, she’s all giddy about her role in promoting same-sex unions.  Sin heaped upon sin is what it is, yet God is ever merciful of American Jews who are leading many Gentiles astray worldwide.  Why does He permit this to continue?  Does anyone have an answer?

 

Look at Israel.  Her leadership consists of secular humanists who reject any notion of Jesus being the Messiah.  Her mighty military is prideful.  The vast majority of her population moved to Israel from other countries, but in spiritual blindness and unbelief.  She’s a wayward nation that’s accepting of homosexuality.  There’s really nothing about her that pleases God.  Nothing.  But, God’s promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to give them and their descendants an eternal blessing cannot be nullified, not even by God.  It’s this future blessing that explains why God is so patient and merciful upon American and Israeli Jews who continue to uphold and promote sin.

Protest for the right to preach on Biblical sin

Christian pro-family groups from across the nation rallied at the Capitol Wednesday to protest against the hate crimes bill currently being reviewed by the Senate, which opponents argue will endanger the rights of Christians to preach about the sin of homosexuality.

 

“This hate crime legislation is hatred and intolerance aimed at ministers and good Christian folks who dare to call sin ‘sin,’” said Dr. Johnny M. Hunter, national director of LEARN (Life Education and Resource Network).

 

“Pastors not only have a right, but they have an obligation to state emphatically, that according to Scripture, a man or a woman should not perform a sex act with a person of the same sex,” he said, as a long yellow banner facing the Capitol read “Homosexuality is a Sin” flapped in the wind beside him.

 

Comments: Mark 16:[15] And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Free speech is soon about to be taken away from American Christians.  The utterance of the ‘s’ word in speech and in print will be subject to imprisonment and a hefty fine.  Satan’s dupes are working hard to put duct tape over the mouths of believers.  How can one preach the true Gospel of God without mentioning sin?  This gag order (enforced by the teeth of the law) would effectively drive Christians underground.  Without public proclamation of the Good News, how are people going to get saved and live holy lives?  America is a sinful nation as it is.  With free speech and soon, the banishment of the Bible, the unbelievers will continue to practise sin unabated. Oh, they would love that for sure.

 

It used to be that abortion was the emotional issue that divided the nation down the middle.  Today, it’s homosexuality due to the controversies within church denominations and the public flaunting of the alternative lifestyle, a lifestyle that has former closeted gays and lesbians coming out into the open with a vengeance.  Worried Christian parents are beside themselves fearing for their children and grandchildren’s well being.  Gays and lesbians must be admonished for their abhorrent sin.  If believers will be tossed into prison for making their opinions know, the U.S. is one step closer to the fascist state of the future Antichrist.

Canadian PM Stephen Harper opens free-trade talks with Colombia and Peru

Calling embattled President Alvaro Uribe an ally and a democrat, Prime Minister Stephen Harper kicked off his South American tour Monday by announcing the start of free-trade negotiations with Colombia and Peru.

 

Harper also said Canada and Colombia will negotiate a deal to eliminate double taxation.

 

The intention to pursue trade talks with Colombia and Peru was first announced last month, but it came as a surprise that negotiations had begun this week.

 

Human rights and non-governmental groups in Colombia immediately condemned the talks, saying free trade further impoverishes the vast majority of the country's 46 million people.

 

"Around the country we have 30,000 that have been detained or disappeared in last 10 years, three million internally displaced people, thousands have been killed, so how can someone say, 'OK, all this blood is running but business goes first'?" said Lilia Solano, director of Project Justice and Life.

 

But Harper, paying the first official visit to Colombia by a Canadian prime minister, dismissed the criticism and concerns that Colombia, regarded by some as the most violent country in the Western Hemisphere, is not a suitable country for trade pacts.

  

Standing beside Uribe after more than two hours of talks, Harper credited the president with having the courage to confront the past and said Colombia was on the road toward democracy and national reconciliation.

 

Comments: Much ado has been made that Stephen Harper is a born again believer with convictions.  Yet, he has been shown on TV praying for the dead and praying with Muslims.  In this article, he’s promoting free trade with the drug lords of Columbia and Peru.  Columbia is a safe haven for drug producers and dealers.  Corrupt government officials are being paid to look the other way, otherwise, how else you explain the illicit drug trade flourishing despite the decades old war against drug?

 

Mr. Harper’s only concern is dutifully obeying his New World Order masters whose agenda is the creation of regional free trade zones (e.g. NAFTA) which tie in neighbouring continental countries.  It’s not about reducing tariffs and taxes, but about eliminating borders between nations and that dreaded word “nationalism”.  Globalism cannot exist where nationalism is thriving.  Mr. Harper has been well schooled as is President Bush in Free Trade 101 and in pleasing their global masters who behind the scenes are funding and orchestrating the globalization of Planet Earth.  Good paying jobs would go to countries paying lower wages.  The levelling out of incomes is another means of garnering more wealth for these greedy globalists.  Mr. Harper may very well be a good Christian man, but nevertheless, he’s on board Lucifer’s universal train heading full speed toward the global unification of economic, political and spiritual destination.
