Jordan’s King Abdullah to talk to Spain’s King Juan Carlos re: Middle East peace

Source: www.arabnews.com

June 18, 2007 -- Today King Abdullah is scheduled to hold talks with King Juan Carlos of Spain who made an official visit to the Kingdom last year. His discussions with the Spanish monarch will focus on the peace process in the Middle East, combating terror and the ongoing developments in Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine.

Comments:  Talk about a tag team match made in Hell!  We have here the Muslim’s No. 1 candidate for the Antichrist and the EU’s No. 1 Amigo Antichrist wannabe.  Who will cross the winner’s line first and leave the other crying in his beer?  Our brother Sal had his eye on Abdullah for quite a while now since he is a direct descendant of royalty in the Hashemite Kingdom.  Abdullah is Western trained in modern military tactics.  His face of fierce countenance can launch a thousand ships. He’s popular with Arabs and Israeli Jews alike.  He holds the keys to Jerusalem’s Temple Mount. At peace with Israel, Jordan hopes to mediate a comprehensive Middle East peace treaty.

Juan Carlos’ (let’s use his initials JC, the same as Jesus Christ) credentials are equally impeccable.  He’s a relative of England’s Queen Elizabeth.  He was handed the monarchy when Spain’s dictator General Franco, in an unexplained turn of events (God’s providence, I believe), suddenly stepped down in favour of the king in waiting from Bourbon.  JC holds the title “King of Jerusalem”.  His visage can kill if a stern look can commit murder.  He was personally tutelaged by Franco himself in the finer points of fighting a war. Spain was the 11th country to join the EC (now the EU) so could the little horn ruler come from Spain?

There you have it!  The qualifications are there and the two monarchs are going to combine their intelligence and know how on the ways to bring about an almost impossible Middle East peace.  If anyone can do it, these two kings can, but which one will get the accolades?  Stay tuned.  Do not adjust your TV’s horizontal or vertical control.

Syria preparing for war with Israel; removed city/state archives from Damascus

Source: www.israelnationalnews.com

June 18, 2007 -- Qatari paper reported Friday that Syria is making concrete preparations for fighting a war against Israel in the summer.

The paper reported that the Syrian government has removed the Government Archives and the State Archives from the Damascus area. This, according to the paper, indicates planning for war.

Comments:  The green behind the ears Bashar al-Assad is travelling down a dangerous road to Damascus that could lead to the capital city’s destruction.  Like Barry McGuire’s song, “The Eve of Destruction”, the sands of time are ticking down pertaining to the eventual fate of Damascus.  We know that Isaiah 17:1 hasn’t been fulfilled yet and God’s prophecies always come to past.  Bashar is unwittingly playing right into God’s hands.  His Syrian citizens are clamouring for war against historical foe Israel and this British trained optometrist ruler hasn’t proven himself in battle unlike his hawkish late father.  Unless, you’ve been in the field and smelled the sulphur and seen blown up body parts, you’re not battlefield tested and hardened.

Syria’s removal of Government Archives and the State Archives from the Damascus area tells us that Bashar anticipates Israel’s retaliation on his headquarters will be decisive.  He’s not about to lose irreplaceable records including the exploits of his father.  Israel won’t be playing with firecrackers in the event Syria foolhardily lobs missiles at Tel Aviv and Haifa which are just a stone throw away.  No, Israel’s reprisal will be nukes, target: Damascus.  As mushroom shape columns of nuclear fallout ascend into the atmosphere, the Arab/Muslim world will witness the awesome fury of the Jewish state as she unleashes her Samson Option (my destruction ensures your own obliteration).

World Council of Churches has global vision for ending Israeli “occupation” of Arab lands

Source: Jerusalem Post/Associated Press

June 18, 2007 -- A Geneva-based church body said Monday it would launch a global initiative to have churches worldwide rally for an end to Israel's "occupation" of Arab lands seized in the Six Day War.

The World Council of Churches said in a statement that it designated Jordan as a venue for its initiative, which would enlist support from ecclesiastical institutions worldwide.

Comments:  The World Council of Churches was established on August 23, 1948, the same year Israel was reborn as a nation.  It’s certainly not Christian in that it is comprised of liberal humanists who deny the authority of the Holy Bible all the while having a pretence of honouring God.  In short, the Devil was behind its creation to turn all churches worldwide into apostate denominations.  As such, it’s gung ho for the Vatican’s ecumenism push to unite all ‘Christian’ churches into one.  It has a fight global warming and social gospel agenda.  Proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ is not part of its program and evidently, it’s into Replacement Theology (the Romish Church also prescribes to this) in that in its view, Israel does not hold a special place in God’s heart and Israel must cede captured land in exchange for peace with the Arabs.  Anyone or any institution that pushes for Palestinian statehood at the expense of Israel having her land mass shrunken is doing the Devil’s bidding.  The reasoning is that: If Israel ceases to exist, then God’s Word is in error and Jesus cannot return if there’s no Israel.  True Christians ought to dissociate themselves from this monstrosity that’s the WCC.

Priestess says she's a Christian and a Muslim

Source: seattletimes.nwsource.com

June 18, 2007 -- Shortly after noon on Fridays, the Rev. Ann Holmes Redding ties on a black headscarf, preparing to pray with her Muslim group on First Hill.

On Sunday mornings, Redding puts on the white collar of an Episcopal priest.

She does both, she says, because she's Christian and Muslim.

Comments:  Membership in one automatically disqualifies you for the other.  Unlike dual citizenship (e.g. U.S.-Canadian), Islam doesn’t embrace Christianity or Judaism.  In Islam’s estimation, they’re both comprised of ‘infidels’ and must be converted to Islam or be destroyed.  A true Christian is born again from above by the Holy Spirit indwelling that person.  He/she is a new creation in Christ.  The Holy Spirit and paganism (Allah is a pagan deity) cannot occupy the same body.  For someone to proclaim that she can be both a Christian and a Muslim is contradictory.  She is a false priestess. Her followers are fools, duped by the Devil’s brainwashing.  Her eternal destiny and that of her minions is everlasting destruction.  Matthew 24:[11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. [24] For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

It greatly perturbs me that in these last days, many false prophetesses have cropped up and are leading blind followers to the Lake of Fire.  Consider Oprah Winfrey’s contribution in filling the fiery lake of the dammed.  She has millions of followers who hang onto her every word as if it is the gospel truth.  She’s a New Ager who gives the appearance she believes in God.  Even Christians with good intentions and who think there’s good in every person are beguiled by her insidious philosophies which are doctrines of demons.  Spiritual discernment is sorely lacking due to a lack of Bible knowledge and the refusal to follow Christ.

Saudi King in Spain: Hopes Spain can play role in Middle East peace process

Source: www.adnki.com

June 18, 2007 -- Saudia Arabia's King Abdullah Bin-Abd-al-Aziz Al Saud will late on Monday begin a three-day official visit to Spain - the first to the country by a Saudi monarch in 25 years. The main objective of his visit is to further improve "strong and solid" bilateral relations, Abdullah told Spain's El Pais daily in an interview in the Moroccan city of Casablanca ahead of his visit. Economic relations and foreign policy are also on the agenda, and the Saudi king is expected to sign several tax and financial agreements with the Spanish government during his stay.

"Our visit to Spain, a friend, is at the invitation of His Majesty King Juan Carlos, with whom I have a long-established and deep friendship and has my respect and esteem," Abdullah told El Pais. He has twice visited Spain privately over the past 30 years.

Abdullah's first engagement will be a gala dinner on Monday, at the Royal Palace, hosted by Spain's King Juan Carlos - who pays frequent visits to Saudi Arabia - and Queen Sofia.

He will on Tuesday meet with the mayor of Madrid and a group of Spanish businessmen. Infrastructure, building and services are the sectors where Spanish firms have the most extensive business interests in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi king will later on Tuesday meet Spain's prime minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero over dinner at Palazzo della Moncloa, where the chaotic situation in the Middle East region will be on the menu. "We have great hopes that Spain can play a positive role in re-starting the Middle East peace process, "Abdullah told La Stampa.

Abduallah and Zapatero will also review progress on the UN-backed Alliance of Civilisations initiative to strengthen dialogue between the Muslim world and the West, the monarch said. The initiative was launched by Zapatero in 2004 at the UN General Assembly in September 2004 after the deadly Madrid train bombings in March that year which killed 191 people and injured 1,800. Riyadh is a strong supporter of the Alliance, which is co-chaired by Zapatero and Turkey's prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Comments:  There’s a saying “The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plains”.  The latter rains (no relation with the Latter Rain movement) are sprinkling on Spain as one country after another (e.g. Jordan and now Saudi Arabia) pleads with its monarch and prime minister to lend a helping hand in mediating a just and lasting Middle East peace.  Spain’s King Juan Carlos was placed on Earth at a specific juncture in time for a reason.  He’s been militarily trained, he’s a royal, tall and fierce in countenance, and his country has risen from the ebb of obscurity to prominence.

The late Bible prophecy teacher Dr. Charles Taylor told his readers to keep a watchful eye on Juan Carlos (JC).  JC or his son could very well become the Antichrist who comes riding onto the world scene and forges a supernatural peace treaty between Israel and her many enemies.  Between the Quartet’s Roadmap and the Saudi Peace Plan, surely something out of each proposal could be meshed into a grand peace plan that pleases all parties.  For the Arabs, it’s basically the return of all pre-June 1967 six day war lands and for Israel, it’s an iron clad guaranteed peace with security.  It all sounds so simplistic, but in reality, it’s as difficult as a one arm man horseshoeing a wild stallion.  Perhaps with the Saudi’s vast monetary resources and Juan Carlos’ knack for getting things done, the Daniel 9:27 confirmation of the covenant for one week with many is just a snap of the finger away.
